Plenty of grass, few trees. Not a problem as it probably never gets too hot in here. No predefined pitches, you just set up wherever you want. Clean toilets, showers with warm(ish) water. Plenty of taps with drinking water. Tent friendly, van friendly, you could even bring an RV though access road is quite steep.
